| Mark E. Porter (above, center) is the founder and principal attorney of the firm. He developed high level litigation and business
counseling skills during his service with two of Cleveland’s largest law firms. Mr. Porter earned his law degree from Rutgers
University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class, and was a Mock Trial National Team Member. Mr.
Porter is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland. Thereafter, he earned a Masters Degree in History
from the University of Maryland while on active duty as a naval officer. Mr. Porter is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College,
Newport, Rhode Island. He is admitted to all state and federal courts in Ohio as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court
of Federal Claims. Mr. Porter is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In addition, he has the distinction of
being a life member of the Eighth District Judicial Conference, a convocation of judges and lawyers who meet to improve the legal
system in Cuyahoga County and in general. Mr. Porter is active as an elected councilman for his home town of South Russell, Ohio.
He has tried over 35 cases before juries, judges and arbitrators in criminal and civil cases.

Rebecca Yingst Price, (above, left) is of counsel to the Firm. Ms. Price brings a wide variety of high quality experiences in life and as
an attorney to the firm. Ms. Price earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003 and was
licensed to practice in Ohio the same year. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Rochester in 1999, followed by a
year of teaching English in Santiago, Chile. She began her legal career at the Cleveland law firm of Thompson Hine as a contract
attorney on a large toxic tort case. Thereafter she was employed by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as a judicial staff
attorney, first for Judge Peggy Foley Jones and later for Judge John J. Russo. She also has experience in the area of Medicare
appeals, as she was previously employed by the Medicare Court of Appeals. Ms. Price has distinguished herself by zealously
protecting and defending the interests of clients under a variety of difficult circumstances and in a number of areas, including
probate, real estate, administrative law, consumer protection, and a wide variety of other matters. She is admitted to practice in all

David B. Gallup (above, right) was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1979 after five years of teaching, and admitted to the U.S. District
Court in 1980. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and a law graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a
member of the Ohio and all local bar associations, where he has been a member of the Ethics Committee, co-chair of the Lawyer-
Client Relations Committee (which governs fee dispute resolution), chair of the Lawyer Referral Service Committee and a Trustee.
Although Mr. Gallup is a generalist, he has developed a concentration in general contract and commercial litigation, and consultation
for individual and small business clients, with a special concentration in real estate, probate and title litigation practice. He also
maintains a considerable practice in consumer protection, personal injury and attorney malpractice. From 1981 through 1988 he was
the prosecutor and assistant law director for the City of Macedonia. Representative clients include: Stewart Title Guaranty
Corporation, Tri-Source Title Agency, Inc., Safeguard Properties, Inc., Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company, National Bank of Detroit,
Coldwell Banker, Chrysler Capital Corporation, Matrix Financial Services, Inc., and a number of smaller, local business concerns.
